We are dedicated to achieving each priority but recognize doing so will take several years. Therefore, each year, we highlight specific priorities as annual focus goal(s). While we have yearly focus priorities, will still continue work on each six, but with extra emphasis on the focus priority.

The first year of the Strategic Plan focuses on priority one.

  1. Priority One: Creating a culture of belonging for all students, staff, and our community of stakeholders.

The second year of the Strategic Plan focuses on Priority One, Two and Three:

  1. Create a culture of belonging for all students, staff, and our community of stakeholders.

  2. Close the learning gaps for all students. (This was changed in year two to, “Academic excellence for all.”

  3. Invest in and value our greatest asset, our staff, to help them grow.

The third year of the Strategic Plan focuses on all six priorities.

  4. Use effective and transparent communication to build trust.

  5. Align our district’s systems and structure for resource optimization.
