Adult ESL
Adult English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are held every semester at the Education and Administration Center. Enrollment occurs in both September and January. The 10-week class is free and materials are provided. These classes are designed for beginning and intermediate English learners. Contact the ESL department for additional information.
Qualifying for ESL Services
During enrollment, every family completes the Language Information section of the Online Registration form. Those who indicate the use of a language other than English are contacted to participate in an interview to determine language needs and tested for English language proficiency using the state required W-APT or WIDA Screener when appropriate.
