Weather Policies

We are in a region where weather can be extreme and change quickly. Safety is our top priority, and we carefully consider all decisions about inclement weather. If a parent or guardian disagrees with the district's decision to remain open, students will not be penalized for staying home.  Weather communication details.

Academy District 20 uses ParentSquare to streamline school communications, allowing families to receive messages, complete forms, RSVP to events, and interact with staff via an easy-to-use app or website.
