The CBOC meets monthly to review the status of all bond projects. The group receives reports from the district’s construction management staff. These reports include, but are not limited to, updates on budgets, actual spending, project(s) status and project(s) timelines.

The CBOC reports its progress to the Academy District 20 Board of Education no less than quarterly and prepares a written report upon completion of all bond projects.

The committee’s purpose is not to manage, direct, supervise or modify project designs, timelines or budgets.
