Strategic Framework

Our district started its journey toward a Strategic Plan in 2019. The Strategic Framework was then built and Phase One of the plan launched in 2021, with yearly Focus Goals. Each year the plan is evaluated, and new Focus Goals are added to the cadre of work. Most recently, we've added our Portrait of a Graduate which defines the essential skills, mindsets, and attributes every student will develop on their journey to graduation.
