The mission of Business Services, a team committed to providing exemplary customer service and professional expertise, is to guide stakeholders and to optimize the resources necessary for student success through innovative and transparent best business practices.Objectives:

- We will lead, develop, and support D20 stakeholders to meet current and future needs.
Business Services is divided into the following sections: Finance/Budget, Payroll, Risk Management, Benefits, Procurement & Contracting, Warehouse/Distribution, Print Shop and Facilities.
Finance/Budget: Analyzes, prepares, defines and reports fiscal information district-wide. This department is accountable to the community, Board of Education, Superintendent, staff members and ultimately the students. Primary services include payroll and accounts payable.
Payroll: Processes all data pertaining to our employee paychecks and files all governmental tax reports in a timely manner. Ensures compliance with all federal and state labor laws.
Risk Management & Benefits: Manages and insures the risks associated with unforeseen or accidental loss of the district's assets, injury to district personnel, and claims directed against the district. Oversees and supports the district's benefit packages offered to employees and their families.
Procurement and Contracting: Supports the educational process by obtaining quality goods and services, including warehouse distribution, food service, and in-house printing, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Facilities: Maintains buildings and grounds to the highest standards which provides continuous monitoring and upgrading of buildings, operating systems, and athletic environments for optimal instructional and extracurricular activities.
