Academy District 20 Team One,

In today’s fast-paced culture, it’s easy to keep forging ahead, continuously moving to the next project. However, as I complete my first 120 days in Academy District 20, I would like to take a few moments to slow down, reflect, and celebrate.

Upon my arrival in July, you welcomed me with open arms, and throughout the past four months, your support has been imperative to my smooth transition. In fact, your partnership has made it possible to achieve the goals outlined in my 120-day Superintendent Transition Plan.

In our short time together, we have accomplished so much. I am proud of the work we are doing, and I am excited for all that lies ahead. Most of all, I am grateful for each of you, and I am thankful to be part of this amazing team.

To mark our first 120 days together as Team One, we have prepared a short video. I hope you can take a few moments to watch, and also to celebrate all the great work we are doing.

Again, thank you for your support!

Sincerely,

Jinger Haberer, Superintendent
