Any non-US citizen planning to attend upcoming Academy District 20 High School graduation ceremonies at Clune Arena are required to visit the US Air Force Academy Pass and Registration Office (PRO). This applies to any non-US citizen attendees including students, faculty, guests, etc. over the age of 18, who do not hold a valid US ID, DBIDS card or driver’s license.

Non-US citizens with a foreign passport visiting the US Air Force Academy must report to the Pass and Registration Office (PRO) to obtain a visitor’s pass to enter the installation. Non-US citizens must appear in person and bring their official passport (no copies or photos) to the PRO to be processed. Once the visitor’s information is processed, they will receive a pass to show the Installation Entry Controller at the front gate. If parents, students or faculty members know their guest’s passport information, they can provide it to the PRO in advance to begin the clearance process by emailing However, the passport holder must still visit the PRO in-person with their valid official passport, to be issued the visitor’s pass.

Credential processing times for non-US citizen visitors could exceed 72 hours. Therefore, they are highly encouraged to stop by or contact the PRO as quickly as possible. The PRO is located outside of the Air Force Academy South Gate (Exit 150) on the right side of the road, before entering the installation. It is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please keep in mind, the PRO will be closed all day Friday, May 10, 2024, in support of an installation event.

If there are any questions, please call the PRO at 719-333-0441. Additional information is available on the USAFA website.
