Ensuring Email Delivery
Email is the primary way we communicate with our families and it is important our messages don’t get buried in your junk or spam folders.
Each email provider has a different set of instructions for ensuring email goes to the correct folders. Therefore if you find our email is hitting your junk or spam, please reference your email providers instructions to “whitelist” our primary email address - email@example.com.
If you find our email is still going to your junk and/or spam after whitelisting, please let us know by completing a Help Desk ticket.
To ensure that the email we send you ends up in your inbox, and isn’t mistakenly sent to the junk folder, please whitelist our email address, which is firstname.lastname@example.org.
