·   Balfour will be here at Back to School Night on Wednesday, August 27, and on both Thursday and Friday, August 28 and 29 during EXCL and both lunches. They will take orders for class rings, and also hand out packets for graduation announcements.

·   Lancer Lunatic shirts will be on sale on Wednesdays during lunch in the commons and after school in P4. The shirts are $8.00 while supplies last. Be aware that the next order will probably have a price increase, so buy a shirt NOW!

·   Attention all Juniors interested in being on the Prom Committee: There will be a meeting on Thursday 8/28 during EXCL in room 253!

·   New students who don't yet have an ID Card, please see Mrs. Navin in her office during EXCL.

·   Attention Seniors: Here are the upcoming college visits. CSU-August 28 @ 1:30pm, UCCS-September 26 @ 7:45am. See Mrs. Briggs in College and Career to sign up!

·   The first National Honor Society meeting of the year will be on Thursday 8/28 in the LMC at 6:45am.

·   Attention Baseball Players! Please meet in Portable 3 on Friday during EXCL. If you cannot make it, please see Coach McCorkle. All students interested in playing baseball next spring should attend.

·   Mrs. Winfield's 3rd period Computer Graphics class will go to class at 11am on Thursday and go to B lunch after class.

·   Upperclassmen girls and boys interested in Powderpuff must attend a MANDATORY meeting September 2 in room 217 during EXCL so as to discuss rules and regulations and also to pick up paperwork.

·   Attention all students interested in Environmental Club: We are having our first meeting on Tuesday, September 2 during EXCL in room 225. Please attend!

·   Are you interested in playing Boys Basketball this year? There is a MANDATORY meting on Thursday during EXCL in Portable 7.

·   Art Club and National Art Honor Society will have their first meeting on Thursday during EXCL in room 160.

·   Just so all you lancers know...the DECA store is now open during EXCL and after school everyday except on Advisory days. We are now selling Gatorade and Starbucks products! Come check us out!

·   There will be a meeting for LHS girls who are interested in playing high school soccer at 2:20pm on Thursday, September 4 in the commons.

·   Freshmen Mentors! This Saturday there will be a tailgate for the very first football game starting at 11:30am. There will be hotdogs provided. But please bring your own chips, sides, and snacks. See you there!

·   Attention all Student 2 Student members: We will be having a meeting during EXCL in Mr. Mannon's office in Student Services. Anyone interested in joining, please attend on Thursday!

·   Attention all students interested in applying for a position on the Lancer Lunatics Leadership team: Remember your applications are due to Mrs. Vien by Friday. Teacher, if you have forms to fill out for kids, please turn them in to Mrs. Vien's mail box.
