Orientation for Families New to Academy District 20

Learn about Academy District 20 and the necessary tools to get you off to a great start on the 2012-13 school year. This one-hour orientation for families who are new to our district includes:

-An overview of Academy District 20
-Information about Alert Now, our district notification system (20Alert)
-Information about our district's Choice Enrollment program
-Information about how to make online payments for fees and school lunches
-One-to-one help from our Help Desk representatives to get you set up on your Parent Portal accounts to monitor students' grades, attendance, and other important information

Orientation is offered by the Academy District 20 Public Information Office and the Information Technology Department. Children are welcome, but childcare is not provided.

All of the orientation sessions will be held at the district Education and Administration Center, 1110 Chapel Hills Drive in Spruce Rooms 1, 2, and 3.
