Pine Creek Helping Hands Club

Pine Creek Helping Hands Club is a group dedicated to helping lower income families in our community through volunteer work, educating the community, and fundraising. Our main focus in helping the Pike's Peak Habitat for Humanity build houses for families in our community. We also do fundraising to help fund some special projects for the neighborhoods. During the 2005/2006 school year, we raised money to purchase flower pots for all of the Habitat houses in the neighborhood. Pine Creek Helping Hands Club is a great way to give back to our community and to learn some great new skills. As a club, we have helped build 8 different houses and have landscaped many others. We have done framing, putting up trusses, built fences, put up plywood and insulation, put up dry wall, calked and painted, and done some landscaping. Each build day is a new adventure.
